"Jorie helped me get clear on what my body actually needs, and together we built a realistic plan that fits my lifestyle (I'm a horse enthusiast and spend numerous days a week working at a barn). With her accountability and encouragement, my sugar addiction is finally under control. I don’t feel deprived, just balanced.
She checks in regularly, celebrates small wins, and helps me reset when necessary. I’ve learned how to plan my meals and create routines that actually stick. I've tried many diets, and I'm finally in a place where I can be consistent and see results."
— Elaine, Birmingham, AL
“Meeting with Jorie each week has helped me finally take control of my nutrition and movement. We built a meal plan focused on balancing my macros, specifically protein, and she gave me so many practical tips that actually work for my lifestyle. Jorie also provided guidance on supplements that support my goals, and it’s all coming together.
She encouraged me to get more active, connecting me with Strava for accountability and motivation, and taught me simple weight-bearing exercises that have boosted my strength and confidence.
The accountability she provides is exactly what I needed, and I’m happily seeing the numbers on the scale decrease!"
— Le'Angela, Washington, DC
“I came to Jorie wanting to train for a half marathon without giving up pickleball—my other favorite activity—and without overloading my already busy schedule. I told her how many days a week I could realistically run and what my mileage goals were, and she built a plan tailored to that.
I appreciate how adaptable she’s been as my work and life schedule shifted. She adjusted my training schedule so I could stay consistent and on track (no pun intended) for the race.
Jorie understands balance, and she helped me find a rhythm that’s sustainable, effective, and fun."
— Stacey, Bolingbrook, IL
