GROUP WELLNESS WORKSHOP - IDA LEE REC CENTER
Get a jumpstart on your Wellness Journey, including guidance and accountability to learn new Wellness habits. Our 6-week program teaches the 5 Wellness domains: Movement, Nutrition, Mental and Emotional Wellness, Recovery, Regeneration and Sleep. We will also create a personalized Wellness Plan and Vision. A 30-minute private consultation with a Certified Wellness and Nutrition Coach (that's me!) is also included.
